Bolivian central bank repays ‘unconstitutional’ IMF loan

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) announced on February 17 that the April 2020 IMF loan had been “arranged irregularly by the de facto government”. From November 2019 until November 2020, an interim government headed by Jeanine Áñez ruled Bolivia.
