Terence Leong joined Deutsche Bank as Group Head South East Asia

Terence Leong joined Deutsche Bank on July 1st as Group Head South East Asia reporting to Shang-Wei Chow, Head of Southeast Asia Wealth Management.  He joins from HSBC where he was the UHNW Market Lead and Desk Head at HSBC Singapore. Terence has over 15 years of wealth management experience. He has previously taken up Team Head positions at UOB Private Bank and DBS Treasures Private Client.

Joining Terence will be Lynn Aw, Team Head and another banker Derek Teo.  Lynn was previously a Director and senior banker with HSBC and she has over 20 years of private banking experience. Both Lynn and Derek have been team members of Terence since UOB Private Bank. 

Chow said, “South East Asia is a growing region and the fundamentals underpinning wealth creation remain positive. We will continue to hire the best people in the industry to serve clients across the region, and to provide world class services to which the bank has committed.”
