The winning bank solidified its position with robust financial performance in small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) business. The bank’s gross revenue from SME business achieved a double-digit compound annual growth rate (CAGR) since 2019. The bank’s market share for outstanding SME balances increased to more than 20%, up from 16% in the previous year. SME loan assets also saw a double-digit growth, primarily attributable to smart acquisition of new accounts via focused target leads and increased footprint in the regions, with incremental count and volume even exceeding the pre-pandemic levels.
