Franz Ruch

Franz Ruch has been appointed as an adviser to the governors of the South African Reserve Bank, a role which also sees him become the seventh member of the central bank’s monetary policy committee. He joins from the World Bank, where he was senior economist, having previously worked in the Sarb’s economic research department.
